Automotive Mechanic

An Automotive Mechanic is responsible for diagnosing, repairing and maintaining various vehicles such as cars, trucks, and motorcycles. They must have a thorough knowledge of automotive systems and be able to use various diagnostic tools and equipment to identify issues and make necessary repairs. The ideal candidate should have excellent mechanical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues using diagnostic tools
- Repair or replace malfunctioning components such as engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems
- Perform basic bodywork repairs such as dents or scratches
- Keep accurate records of all services performed on vehicles
- Communicate with customers to explain issues and recommend necessary repairs
- Stay up-to-date with latest automotive technology and techniques through continuous training

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical training preferred
- Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic or similar role
- Excellent mechanical skills with the ability to use various diagnostic tools and equipment
- Knowledge of automotive systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical systems etc.
- Familiarity with computerized diagnostic equipment is a plus
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly
- Valid driver's license
Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable depending on experience)
Location: Jizan (Indians preferred)
