We are seeking a skilled and proactive Merchandiser to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products to our customers, ensuring that they are displayed and stocked correctly in stores. You will also be responsible for tracking inventory levels and analyzing sales data to make strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell products to customers in stores
- Ensure that products are displayed and stocked correctly
- Monitor inventory levels and make replenishment orders as needed
- Analyze sales data and make recommendations for product placement and inventory levels
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective marketing strategies
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences
- Maintain relationships with store managers and staff to ensure product visibility and availability
- Train store staff on product features and benefits
- Attend trade shows and events as needed to showcase products

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make strategic decisions
- Knowledge of merchandising techniques and retail trends
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
- Must have own visa or be eligible to work in Kuwait
Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
