Our restaurant in Ar-Ruwais is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure customer satisfaction. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, controlling costs, maintaining quality standards, and creating a positive work environment.

Key responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and supervise staff members
- Create schedules and manage payroll
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
- Implement marketing strategies to increase sales
- Collaborate with the chef to develop new menu items

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in English (Urdu/Hindi is a plus)
- Must be willing to work on a contract basis with accommodation provided
