Head Baker


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Baker to join our team in Jeddah. As the head baker, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bakery, ensuring high-quality products and services are consistently delivered to our customers. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the production of all bakery items, including breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods.
- Create and maintain baking schedules to ensure efficient use of ingredients and timely delivery.
- Train and supervise junior bakers on proper techniques and recipes.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients as needed.
- Ensure all health and safety standards are followed in the bakery.
- Collaborate with management to develop new products or improve existing ones.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery at all times.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a baker, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Experience working with sourdough starters is preferred but not required.

This position is open to all nationalities, but preference will be given to Indian candidates. Fluency in English is not required for this job. We welcome students or those seeking part-time work to apply as well.
