Land Surveyor

A reputable construction company in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting accurate measurements and surveys of land areas to determine boundaries, elevations, and other important factors for construction projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$. Candidates must possess a biometric passport and be of Egyptian nationality. English speaking skills are required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting land surveys using various equipment and tools such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Interpreting survey data to create detailed maps, drawings, and reports
- Identifying property boundaries, easements, and other important features
- Collaborating with engineers and architects to ensure accurate placement of structures and infrastructure
- Maintaining survey equipment and ensuring their proper calibration
- Communicating with clients to discuss project requirements and provide updates on progress
- Adhering to all safety protocols while working on site

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor in the construction industry
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Proficient in using surveying software such as AutoCAD or Trimble Business Center
- Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills in English
