Land Surveyor
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia



The Land Surveyor will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine and establish property boundaries, locations of structures, and other land features. They will use various instruments and techniques to collect data, such as GPS systems, robotic total stations, and aerial photography. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of math and geometry principles, as well as experience with surveying software.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to collect data on land features and property boundaries
- Use surveying instruments and tools to measure distances, angles, elevations, and other factors
- Analyze collected data to create maps, reports, and legal descriptions
- Communicate with clients to discuss project requirements and provide updates on progress
- Ensure accurate and precise measurements by following established procedures and protocols
- Maintain equipment in good working condition and troubleshoot any technical issues
- Collaborate with other professionals such as engineers or architects on construction projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field (preferred)
- At least 2 years of experience in land surveying (experience in Saudi Arabia is a plus)
- Strong understanding of math principles, geometry, and surveying techniques
- Familiarity with surveying software such as AutoCAD or ArcGIS
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license (preferably from Saudi Arabia)
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Salary:
$1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)
