Restaurant Manager
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and managing the restaurant staff. This is a full-time position based in Salalah, with a salary of 900$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, staffing, and customer service.
- Train and manage staff to ensure high quality service and adherence to company standards.
- Create work schedules and assign duties to staff members.
- Monitor food quality and ensure all safety and sanitation regulations are followed.
- Manage customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and ensure timely delivery of food orders.
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to discuss performance, address any concerns, and provide feedback.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and expenses.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language proficiency preferred).
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations including inventory management, scheduling, budgeting, etc.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Biometric passport (preferred) or willingness to obtain one.
