Office Administrator
Our company in El-Ain is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$. We are looking for an Indian national who is fluent in English and has excellent organizational and communication skills.
As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the day-to-day operations of our office. This includes handling administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies. You will also be responsible for organizing and maintaining files, as well as assisting with data entry and record keeping.
We are seeking someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative role and be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications. Additionally, the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks is essential for this role.
