Job Title: Sales Manager

We are in search of a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team in Isa Town. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and the ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving sales targets. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to ensure they meet their individual and team targets
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote company products/services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven track record of success in sales management with at least 2 years of experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Valid visa for working in Isa Town (visa sponsorship available)
