Job Title: Business Coach


We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Coach to join our team in Al-Khor. As a Business Coach, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to individuals and organizations in order to help them achieve their business goals. Your main duties will include conducting training sessions, developing business strategies, and identifying areas for improvement. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of business principles. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on the success of our clients' businesses while also furthering your own professional growth. Salary is 1200$ per month.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Coach or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- In-depth knowledge of business principles and best practices
- Ability to develop effective business strategies
- Fluency in English (Hindi or other Indian languages preferred)
- Willingness to relocate to Al-Khor, Qatar

Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with clients to identify their goals and develop action plans
- Conduct group training sessions on various business topics such as marketing, finance, and leadership
- Monitor client progress and provide ongoing support and guidance
- Collaborate with clients to develop effective business strategies based on their individual needs
- Identify areas for improvement within client businesses and provide recommendations for growth
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in order to continuously improve coaching techniques
- Network with potential clients through various channels such as social media, events, etc.
