Indian Executive Chef in Bayan
Our restaurant in Bayan is seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Executive Chef to oversee our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background, with a minimum of 5 years of experience working as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant setting. As an Indian Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing unique and authentic Indian dishes while managing a team of kitchen staff. You must have excellent leadership skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a passion for delivering exceptional food quality.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain menus featuring authentic Indian cuisine
- Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure quality standards are met
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and specials
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Extensive knowledge of traditional Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- A creative mindset with the ability to develop unique menu items
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Salary: $1400/month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Bayan (accommodation not provided)
