Construction Manager (Al-Malikiyah, Syria)


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage our construction projects in Al-Malikiyah, Syria. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with experience in project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation. They should also have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project timelines and budgets
- Allocate resources effectively to ensure timely completion of projects
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project goals are met
- Monitor progress of projects and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Manage project budgets and expenses
- Provide regular updates on project progress to senior management

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Familiarity with construction software programs such as AutoCAD or Procore
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
-Syrian nationality or valid work permit for Syria

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month. We also offer free visa sponsorship and roundtrip ticket for the successful candidate.
