Barista - Indian Nationals (Sharjah)


As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies. You will also be in charge of maintaining cleanliness and organization in the coffee shop.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, following recipes and standards
- Take customer orders and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the coffee shop, including the counter, tables, equipment, and storage areas
- Ensure all food and beverage items are properly stocked and rotated
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly manner
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Promote special menu items or promotions to customers
- Keep abreast of current industry trends and make suggestions for new menu items

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Previous experience as a barista is not required but is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
