Entry Level Baker


We are currently seeking an Entry Level Baker to join our team in El-Ain. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of goods, including bread, pastries, and desserts. Our ideal candidate is passionate about baking and has a willingness to learn and grow in their role.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
- Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and icings
- Bake items in the correct oven temperatures and times
- Monitor products while they are baking and make adjustments as needed
- Decorate baked goods according to instructions or creativity
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a bakery or food service environment is a plus but not required
- Knowledge of different types of flours, ingredients, measurements, and baking techniques is preferred
- Must be able to follow recipes accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
- Strong communication skills (English proficiency is preferred)
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.
