Sales Manager - Medina, Egypt


We are seeking a results-driven and customer-oriented Sales Manager to join our team in Medina, Egypt. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and motivation
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service
- Monitor sales performance metrics and report on progress towards targets
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments to strategies
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment with company objectives
- Train new employees on products, services, and sales techniques
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's products/services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the Egyptian market preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards achieving goals
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis principles
- Customer-oriented with strong negotiation skills
- Ability to travel within Egypt for client meetings as needed

Salary:
1100$ per month plus commission based on performance.

Medina, Egypt
