Sales Manager - Medina, Saudi Arabia
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring their success through training, coaching, and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly
- Conduct regular meetings with the sales team to review performance and provide feedback
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment in objectives
- Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback for management review
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management within the Indian market or similar industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and coach a team
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of CRM software is preferred
This is a contract job with a salary of $1600/month. Candidates must have their own visa for working in Saudi Arabia. Freshers are welcome to apply as long as they possess the required skills and experience. Fluency in English is not required but would be an advantage.
