Bank Teller

We are currently hiring for a Bank Teller to join our team in Jeddah. As a Bank Teller, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing transactions, and assisting customers with their financial needs. This is a contract position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English
- Previous experience as a bank teller preferred
- Knowledge of banking procedures and regulations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle cash accurately
- Must have own visa and be able to work without accommodation
- Indian or Egyptian nationality preferred

Responsibilities:
- Process customer transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments accurately and efficiently
- Assist customers with account inquiries and provide information on bank products and services
- Follow all banking policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift and report any discrepancies to management
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Continuously update knowledge on bank products, services, and procedures
