Land Surveyor - Field Assistant



We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Land Surveyor - Field Assistant. As a Field Assistant, you will work alongside our experienced surveyors to assist in the collection of data and measurements for various land surveying projects. This is a contract position, suitable for Egyptian nationals who are looking for an opportunity to gain experience in the field of land surveying.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up and operating surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and digital levels
- Collect data and measurements using various tools and techniques
- Perform field calculations and checks to ensure accuracy of collected data
- Record data and prepare field notes for review by senior surveyors
- Help maintain equipment in good working condition
- Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Geomatics Engineering or related field preferred
- Previous experience as a Land Surveyor or Field Assistant is an asset but not required
- Strong mathematical skills and ability to perform calculations accurately
- Familiarity with surveying equipment and techniques is an asset
- Physically fit with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in Arabic language is required

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$ per month.
