Land Surveyor - Al-Kuwait


As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine the exact boundaries and physical features of land for construction, engineering, or mapping purposes. Your duties will include using specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and digital levels to measure and record data on land and structures. You will work closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate surveying results.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various tools and equipment
- Analyze data to establish property boundaries and determine elevations
- Prepare drawings, maps, and reports based on survey results
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to plan surveying projects
- Obtain necessary permits and permissions for surveying activities
- Ensure accuracy of survey measurements by regularly calibrating equipment
- Identify potential risks or issues during surveys and report them to superiors
- Communicate with clients to discuss project requirements and provide updates on progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Land Surveyor or similar role
- Knowledge of surveying software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D or Trimble Business Center
- Familiarity with GPS technology
- Excellent mathematical skills
- Ability to interpret technical plans and drawings
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communication skills

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Al-Kuwait (preference for Pakistani or African candidates)

Language Requirements: Fluency in English is required. Additional language proficiency is a plus.

Note: This position may require working in remote areas or outdoors in varying weather conditions. Physical fitness is important for this role.
