Experienced Plumber

We are a reputable plumbing company located in Isa Town and we are seeking an experienced Plumber to join our team. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings. This is a contract job with a salary of 1800$, without accommodation provided. Preference will be given to candidates with their own visa.

Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints and follow building codes to determine the layout of plumbing systems
- Install pipes and fixtures such as sinks, toilets, and showers
- Repair or replace broken pipes, valves, and fixtures
- Inspect plumbing systems to identify issues and provide solutions
- Maintain records of all work performed including materials used, time spent, and services provided
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects within deadlines

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plumber with at least 3 years in the field
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations related to plumbing systems
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings
- Excellent troubleshooting skills to identify issues and provide effective solutions
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills to interact with clients in a professional manner
