We are hiring a Merchandiser for our retail store in Riyadh. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing effective merchandising strategies to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction. Your primary goal will be to create visually appealing product displays and ensure that the store is well-stocked and organized.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute merchandising plans in collaboration with the store manager
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of products
- Create attractive product displays that adhere to brand guidelines
- Conduct regular store audits to identify any issues with product placement or availability
- Collaborate with sales team to understand customer preferences and trends
- Ensure all products are priced accurately and have proper signage
- Train new employees on merchandising techniques and standards
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors’ strategies

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Malayalee preferred)
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with visual merchandising techniques is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent (freshers welcome)

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Employment type: Contract (6 months, possibility of extension)
