Legal Adviser for Indian Nationals in Abu Dhabi


We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Legal Adviser to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Legal Adviser, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to our company, specifically for Indian nationals. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and guidance to the company on various matters related to Indian laws and regulations
- Review and draft legal documents, agreements, and contracts
- Conduct legal research on relevant topics and provide recommendations based on findings
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, including negotiations, settlements, and court appearances
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations in India that may affect the company's operations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Train employees on legal matters relevant to their roles

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law from an accredited university
- At least 3 years of experience as a Legal Adviser, preferably in a multinational company operating in India
- In-depth knowledge of Indian laws and regulations
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines

Preferences:
We welcome candidates of any nationality who meet the requirements. However, preference will be given to Indian nationals.
Part-time or freelance arrangements may be considered for exceptional candidates.
Accommodation can be provided for candidates relocating from outside Abu Dhabi.
