Office Assistant for Urgent Hiring in Ar Rumaythiyah
Our company is urgently seeking an Office Assistant for our office in Ar Rumaythiyah. This position is ideal for a motivated individual who is looking to gain experience in a fast-paced office environment.
Salary: 1300$
City: Ar Rumaythiyah, African applicants preferred
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred but not required
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments or individuals
- Greeting visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service
- Maintaining office supplies and inventory, ordering new supplies as needed
- Assisting with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as assigned by the manager
- Scheduling appointments and meetings for staff members
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Keeping the office clean and organized
- Other duties as assigned by the manager
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$. The working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. This position does not require English proficiency or previous work experience. However, candidates must be able to legally work in Ar Rumaythiyah.
