Executive Chef - Malayalee Cuisine
We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead the kitchen team in our busy restaurant located in Mecca. As the head of our Malayalee cuisine, you will be responsible for creating and implementing menu items, maintaining food quality standards, and managing inventory and budgets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Malayalee cuisine and at least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef. This position requires excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Accommodation is not provided, but we offer visa sponsorship for qualified candidates. Freshers with a passion for Malayalee cuisine are also welcome to apply. Salary is competitive at 1400$.
