We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Jizan, Saudi Arabia. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on our properties. This position requires experience in various areas such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, repairing leaky faucets, and fixing broken appliances.
- Conduct minor repairs on walls, floors, doors, and windows.
- Troubleshoot issues with plumbing systems and make necessary repairs.
- Install new fixtures and fittings as needed.
- Repair or replace electrical switches, outlets, and light fixtures.
- Paint interior and exterior walls as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as lobbies and hallways.
- Respond to tenant requests for repairs in a timely manner.
- Keep track of inventory for necessary supplies.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Handyman or in a similar role is preferred.
- Must have knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical work, carpentry skills including the use of power tools.
- Ability to read blueprints or technical manuals is a plus.
- Must be physically fit to handle manual labor tasks such as lifting heavy objects or working at heights.
- Good communication skills in English are required for this position.
