Chef de Cuisine

As a Chef de Cuisine, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen and leading a team of cooks to create high-quality dishes. Your main role will be to plan and prepare menus, manage inventory and food costs, and maintain food safety and sanitation standards. You will also be responsible for training and supervising kitchen staff, ensuring consistent quality of dishes, and developing new recipes. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, excellent culinary skills, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for creating delicious meals. Salary is 1700$ per month. Preference for Indian nationals with English proficiency. Located in Al-Rayyan, Qatar.
