Personal Trainer


We are in need of a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team in Muharraq. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for creating customized fitness plans for clients based on their individual goals and needs. You will also provide guidance and support to help clients reach their fitness goals.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments and consultations with clients
- Design personalized workout plans based on client's goals, limitations, and preferences
- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure safety during workouts
- Motivate and encourage clients to reach their fitness goals
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to their workout plans
- Provide nutritional advice and guidance to promote overall health and wellness

Requirements:
- Certified Personal Trainer with a minimum of 2 years experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and nutrition
- Ability to design effective workout plans for a variety of clients (e.g. weight loss, muscle gain, injury rehab)
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals

Salary: $1800 per month (negotiable based on experience)
