Sales Manager for Malayalees in Ar Rumaythiyah (with Accommodation)


We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Ar Rumaythiyah. The ideal candidate should be a Malayalee with a valid biometric passport and should have prior experience in sales management. This is a contract position with a salary of 900$, and accommodation will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve targets
- Manage the sales team and provide guidance, training, and motivation to help them reach their full potential
- Build strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the senior management team
- Develop pricing strategies to remain competitive in the market while maintaining profitability
- Conduct market research to gather insights on consumer behavior and preferences

Requirements:
- Must be a Malayalee with a valid biometric passport
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
