Radio Technician


A reputable radio station in Bayan is looking for a skilled Radio Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in repairing and maintaining radio equipment, possess strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills, and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Repairing and maintaining radio equipment such as transmitters, receivers, antennas, and studio equipment
- Troubleshooting technical issues with equipment and resolving them in a timely manner
- Calibrating and testing equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Keeping records of all repairs and maintenance performed on equipment
- Maintaining inventory of spare parts and ordering new ones when needed
- Training other staff members on proper usage of equipment
- Staying updated on industry advancements and implementing new technology as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in electronics or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in repairing and maintaining radio equipment
- Strong understanding of radio transmission principles, circuitry, and system design
- Ability to read schematics, diagnose problems, and make repairs accordingly
- Excellent troubleshooting skills to quickly identify technical issues
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff members

Salary: $1100 per month
