Personal Trainer
As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing personalized fitness programs for clients in Isa Town. Your main goal will be to help clients achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall health and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial consultations with clients to assess their fitness level, health history, and goals
- Design personalized workout plans based on individual needs and preferences
- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and provide hands-on guidance during training sessions
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure continued improvement
- Educate clients on the importance of proper nutrition and hydration for optimal results
- Provide motivation, support, and accountability to help clients stay committed to their fitness journey
- Maintain a clean and organized workout space at all times
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, research, and best practices in fitness training
Requirements:
- Passion for health, wellness, and physical fitness
- Certification in personal training or related field (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science principles
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Ability to create customized workout plans for individuals with different needs and abilities
- Basic understanding of nutrition principles
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, and weekends if needed
Salary: $1300 per month
Note: This position does not include accommodation. Preference will be given to candidates who are already based in Isa Town or have the ability to relocate without assistance.
