Merchandiser - Lusail, Qatar


We are currently hiring a Merchandiser for a full-time position in Lusail, Qatar. This is an urgent requirement and we are looking for experienced candidates with English proficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Create and implement merchandising strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Plan and execute product displays, promotions, and special events to attract customers
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences
- Collaborate with sales team to develop effective pricing strategies
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain appropriate stock levels in stores
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms for products
- Train store staff on merchandising techniques and ensure compliance with company standards
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred (open to other nationalities)
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser in a retail setting is required
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Biometric passport is mandatory for travel purposes
- Must be able to start immediately

Salary: 1800$ per month
Accommodation: Provided by the company
Working hours: 40 hours per week
