Librarian

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Librarian to join our team in Hawalli, Kuwait. As a Librarian, you will be responsible for managing and organizing the library's collection of books, periodicals, and other materials. Your duties will include cataloging new items, assisting patrons with finding resources, and maintaining the library's catalog system. You will also be responsible for enforcing library rules and policies, as well as planning and implementing programs and events to promote literacy and learning.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in a library setting
- Proficient in using library software and databases
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month. We welcome applications from Pakistani or Egyptian candidates who have biometric passports.
