Restaurant Manager - Sharjah


We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the restaurant industry and be able to lead and manage a diverse team. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high-quality food and service, and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, and finances
- Train and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations
- Create schedules for employees to ensure proper coverage during peak hours
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotions or events to attract more customers

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.

Location:
This role is based in Sharjah, UAE.

Preference:
Indian or African candidates are preferred for this position.
