Restaurant Manager
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations and performance of our restaurant in Sharjah. You will work closely with the management team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, profitability, and efficiency. Your main duties will include supervising and training staff, managing inventory and supplies, creating and implementing new policies and procedures, and maintaining a positive work environment. To excel in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in restaurant management, excellent leadership skills, and a strong understanding of budgeting and financial management. A degree in hospitality or business administration is preferred but not required. This position offers a salary of 1700$ per month plus bonuses based on performance. We welcome candidates from all nationalities who are fluent in English and have experience working in a diverse team environment. This is a seasonal job with the possibility of extension based on performance.
