Florist Supervisor

A reputable floral company in Al Buraymi is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Florist Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our flower shop. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating beautiful floral arrangements and a strong understanding of floristry techniques. As a Florist Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of florists, ensuring high quality and timely delivery of floral products, maintaining inventory levels, and providing exceptional customer service. This position does not include accommodation and requires the candidate to have their own valid visa. Men are preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of florists
- Create custom floral arrangements according to customer requests
- Maintain stock levels and order necessary supplies
- Ensure timely delivery of floral products
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Train new florists on techniques and company standards
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a florist or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care instructions
- Strong artistic skills with the ability to create unique floral designs
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Must have own valid visa for employment in Al Buraymi

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1600$ per month.
