Construction Project Manager



We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Construction Project Manager to join our team in Mecca. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. You must have extensive experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects. An understanding of local regulations and construction practices is required. This position is suitable for male candidates with a biometric passport and previous experience working in Africa. A competitive salary of 1100$ will be offered to the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Create project budgets and ensure that projects are completed within budgetary constraints
- Oversee project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
- Monitor project progress and ensure that deadlines are met
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Identify potential risks or issues during the construction process and develop solutions
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Strong understanding of construction processes, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage project teams
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English (Arabic language skills preferred)
- Previous experience working in Africa preferred
- Must have a valid biometric passport
