Administrative Assistant - Umm-Said
We are hiring an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Umm-Said. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the management team
- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and mail
- Organize and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Coordinate meetings and take minutes when necessary
- Assist with budget tracking and expense reports
- Liaise with other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Fluency in English (Arabic language skills is a plus)
Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1600$. Compensation may vary based on qualifications and experience.
