Art Director for Creative Agency in Ar-Ruwais, UAE

We are seeking a talented and experienced Art Director to join our creative agency in Ar-Ruwais, UAE. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for various projects, including advertising campaigns, branding materials, and digital media. Your role will involve collaborating with clients and our team of designers to develop concepts that effectively communicate their brand message.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative design concepts that align with client objectives
- Lead the visual direction of projects and ensure that designs are consistently high-quality
- Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project needs and provide creative solutions
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve design output
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers on the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Art Director in a creative agency or similar environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across different mediums
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think creatively and develop unique design solutions
- Fluent English language skills (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Indian nationality preferred

Salary:
1800 USD per month (tax-free)
