Art Director - Biometric Passport Design


We are seeking an experienced Art Director to lead the design team for our biometric passport project in Ar-Ruwais. As the Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the visual concept and creative direction of the biometric passport design, ensuring that it meets all technical requirements and adheres to brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of designers to create innovative and visually appealing designs for the biometric passport.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and security experts to ensure that the design meets all technical and security requirements.
- Develop creative concepts and present them to stakeholders for approval.
- Oversee the production process from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring quality and accuracy throughout.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in biometric technology to incorporate into designs.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Art Director or Creative Director in a design agency or similar role.
- Experience designing official documents such as passports, visas or ID cards is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of biometric technology and its application in design.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively lead a team.

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Ar-Ruwais (Preference given to individuals with African nationality)
