Merchandiser

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Jeddah. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating and implementing effective strategies to increase product visibility and sales in assigned stores. You will work closely with suppliers and sales teams to ensure that products are effectively displayed and promoted in-store. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to increase product visibility and sales
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and effective displays
- Communicate with sales teams to gather feedback on product performance and make necessary adjustments
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment as needed
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Maintain a high level of organization, cleanliness, and presentation in assigned stores
- Train store employees on product knowledge, placement, and promotional activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of merchandising techniques, trends, and best practices
- Willingness to travel within Jeddah as needed for store visits

Salary: 1600$ per month

This full-time position is suitable for men who have experience in merchandising. Indian nationality preferred but not required. No English language skills are required for this job.
