Skilled Handyman


As a Skilled Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial properties in Salalah. Your main goal will be to ensure that all facilities are in good working condition, providing a safe and functional environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of buildings and equipment to identify any maintenance needs
- Perform minor repairs on plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems
- Install new fixtures and appliances as needed
- Respond promptly to emergency calls for repairs
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed
- Ensure that all safety measures are followed while working on site

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems
- Good communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Salary: 1000$ per month

Location: Salalah (Preference for Omani nationals or those with valid biometric passports)
