Job Title: Sales Manager


We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Mecca. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and managing a team of sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to stay ahead of the game
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the same industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluency in English and Hindi is preferred

We offer a competitive salary package of 1600$ per month plus commission based on performance. This is a contract job with the possibility of extension based on performance. All nationalities are welcome to apply, but Indian candidates with their own visa will be given preference.
