Sales Manager


As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of sales professionals in our company located in Mecca. Your main goal will be to drive sales and increase revenue by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with clients, as well as identifying new business opportunities. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with experience in sales management and excellent communication skills. This position requires a biometric passport and accommodation can be provided if needed. Female candidates are encouraged to apply.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Biometric passport required for visa processing
- Accommodation can be provided if needed

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Manage, train, and motivate a team of sales professionals
- Create and maintain relationships with clients
- Identify new business opportunities
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly
- Monitor performance metrics to ensure targets are being met

Salary: 1300$ per month
