Construction Manager - El-Ain, Egypt


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects in El-Ain, Egypt. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the construction process. This role requires excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as extensive knowledge of construction methods and materials.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Hire and supervise subcontractors and other construction workers
- Maintain accurate records of project expenses and progress reports

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Extensive knowledge of building materials, methods, and regulations
- Strong leadership skills with ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)
