Construction Project Manager


As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in El-Ain, India. Your main duties will include planning and coordinating project timelines, managing budgets and resources, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You will also be responsible for hiring and managing construction crews, negotiating contracts with suppliers, and communicating with clients to ensure their needs are met.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of construction processes and techniques, as well as excellent project management skills. You should also possess strong leadership abilities and the ability to effectively communicate with diverse teams.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
- Create project timelines and schedules
- Monitor progress against timelines and budgets
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently
- Hire and manage construction crews
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers
- Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs
- Resolve any issues that may arise during the course of the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in construction management
- Strong understanding of construction processes and techniques
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary: 1800$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: El-Ain, India (accommodation provided)

This is a contract position for Indian nationals only. No English proficiency is required but basic communication skills in English would be beneficial.
