As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of our office. Your responsibilities will include managing office supplies, scheduling appointments and meetings, handling incoming calls and emails, and maintaining filing systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month without accommodation but with free visa and ticket provided.
