Job Title: Baker (Malayalee)

We are hiring a skilled Baker to join our team in Doha. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of goods such as breads, pastries, cakes and other desserts. Your main duties will include measuring and mixing ingredients, shaping dough, decorating baked goods, and ensuring that all products are of high quality. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, creativity in recipe development, and experience working in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month, without accommodation. We offer free visa and ticket for all nationalities. No English language skills are required for this role.

As a Baker, your responsibilities will include:

- Measuring and mixing ingredients according to recipes
- Shaping dough into different forms such as loaves, rolls or buns
- Preparing fillings and toppings for baked goods
- Operating bakery equipment such as ovens, mixers and slicers
- Decorating baked goods using icing, glazes or toppings
- Ensuring that all products meet quality standards
- Maintaining inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
- Cleaning work areas and equipment after use

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Baker or in a similar role preferred
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and adjust ingredients as needed
- Creativity in recipe development and decoration of baked goods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work early mornings or late evenings
- A team player with good communication skills
