Indian Chef (English Speaking) - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

A high-end restaurant in Jeddah is seeking a talented and experienced Indian Chef to join our team. As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for creating authentic and delicious Indian dishes while maintaining the highest level of quality and presentation.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and create menus that showcase traditional Indian flavors and ingredients
- Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes including curries, tandoori, biryanis, and more
- Ensure all dishes are cooked to perfection and presented beautifully
- Manage kitchen operations including inventory, ordering, and scheduling
- Train and supervise other kitchen staff to maintain consistency in food quality
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Indian Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- Proficient in English (spoken and written)
- In-depth knowledge of traditional Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and manage a team
- Excellent time management skills

Salary: $1100 per month (tax-free)
