Speech Therapist (Indian Nationals) - Al-Khor, Qatar


We are hiring a full-time Speech Therapist to join our growing team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating individuals with communication disorders, including speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial evaluations and assessments to determine the individual's communication needs
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on the individual's specific goals and needs
- Implement therapy sessions using evidence-based practices and techniques
- Monitor progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Educate individuals and their families on effective communication strategies and techniques
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for individuals with communication disorders
- Keep accurate records of treatment sessions and progress reports

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited institution
- Valid license to practice as a Speech Therapist in Qatar (or eligible to obtain one)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Speech Therapist
- Experience working with clients of all ages with various communication disorders
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices and techniques for speech therapy
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team setting
