Staff Nurse - Dubai (Indians Only)


We are a healthcare facility in Dubai seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team. As a nurse, you will play a critical role in providing quality patient care and support to our diverse patient population. We are specifically looking for Indian candidates who are willing to work on a part-time basis and can be sponsored for a visa.

Responsibilities:
- Assess patient health needs and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team to provide comprehensive care
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent degree from an accredited institution
- Valid nursing license from country of origin (India)
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a nurse, preferably in an acute care setting
- Knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and techniques
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Compassionate, empathetic, and culturally sensitive towards patients
- Willingness to work on a part-time basis in Dubai
